With a joint effort between the Bowling Green and Hopkinsville offices of DDS ENGINEERING, PLLC a major railroad spur line to a new coal tipple near McHenry, Kentucky, was recently surveyed, designed and is now under construction utilizing “fast track” methods to achieve a very aggressive deadline for the shipment and delivery of coal to the southeastern United States markets by Armstrong Coal.
