In general, our approach to construction observation and compliance monitoring is to review the design documents, go to the construction and/or fabrication site(s) and observe first hand whether the field procedures comply with the approved documents. We document all observation projects with photographs, and complete reports.

Our Custom Service projects involve such areas as drawing restoration services, record drawing updating and/or preparation, special custom drafting services to your specifications for Architectural, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Plans, details or shop drawings. We also place existing plans on our computer system or your computer system for future planning and design services by using computer-aided drafting. We also provide digitized documents using our digitizing equipment and scanning equipment. We also prepare plans for machines and mechanical parts to Owner specifications and offer complete plan and specification reproduction including local pickup and delivery.
